This policy explains how Apex Solutions handles information through this website and its request, review, and newsletter forms.

Information you choose to provide
A project request collects your name, email, project message, and any business, website, budget, service, or timing details you supply. A review collects your name, email, optional business name, rating, and review. Newsletter and unsubscribe forms collect your email and consent or opt-out instruction. We also record the submission time, reference number, source page, and applicable consent version. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use project details to assess and respond to your request and manage related work. We use review details to assess eligibility, communicate about a submission, and publish approved feedback. Newsletter consent is separate from a project inquiry. Newsletter signup records your consent. Campaign delivery is not connected yet; any future sending service must honor your latest subscribe or unsubscribe request. We do not sell personal information or use the forms to enroll you in unrelated marketing.
Reviews and public information
Only reviews approved under our review guidelines are displayed. A published review includes your public name, business if supplied, rating, text, and date. Your email is not published. Contact us through the request form if you need to correct or remove a review; include its reference number where available.
Storage and service providers
Submissions are stored in private Vercel Blob storage, separate from publicly served website files. Project inquiries and reviews are available only to the studio through its hosting account; approved review content is published separately. Hosting providers process routine connection and request information needed to deliver and protect the site. An owner-configured form integration may also receive validated submissions to support the same purposes. Access should be limited to people and providers who need it to operate the service. Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and your choices
We keep project correspondence for as long as needed to assess the inquiry, provide agreed services, and meet applicable recordkeeping needs. Newsletter details are kept while subscribed; a minimal opt-out record may be kept to honor an unsubscribe request. Reviews remain while published or needed to resolve a moderation question. You can request access, correction, or deletion through the website request form. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Applicable legal obligations may require retaining some records.
Browser preferences and external content
We store privacy and motion preferences in your browser. Optional live external website previews are disabled until you allow them and choose to load one. A loaded external site receives connection information and may use its own storage under its own policy. Direct links open independently operated websites. Local project previews may use their own theme preferences and third-party assets. Our cookie policy lists the storage used by Apex itself. We do not include advertising or third-party analytics trackers.
Questions and updates
Use the website request form for privacy questions or requests and select a general project option. This site is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so it can be addressed. We update this page when the website’s practices change.
