These terms cover use of the Apex Solutions portfolio and website. A separate written agreement governs any design or development project.

Requests are the start of a conversation
Submitting a form does not reserve a launch date, create a service contract, or authorize a charge. Project deliverables, pricing, payment terms, content responsibilities, revisions, licensing, ownership, and support are agreed separately in writing before work begins.
Portfolio and website content
Portfolio examples describe selected work and may link to live websites or saved project previews. Client businesses retain their own brands and content rights. Generated campaign imagery may accompany a case study and should not be treated as a photograph of client work. External websites can change after a screenshot or preview is prepared.
Reasonable use
Use this site and its forms for legitimate inquiries and feedback. Do not submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the website. You must have permission to share any material you provide.
Reviews
Reviews must describe the submitter’s own experience and follow the review guidelines. Submission gives Apex permission to display the public fields described in the form and privacy policy. Personal contact information, confidential material, spam, and unrelated content should not be included.
Availability and external services
We aim to keep information current and the website available, but errors and interruptions can occur. External websites and services have their own terms and practices. We do not guarantee a specific search ranking, traffic level, or business result from use of this website.
Rights and questions
These website terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact Apex through the website request form with questions about content or use. Changes to these terms will be reflected in the update date shown on this page.
