Review guidelines
Useful reviews are honest accounts of real experiences. Positive, mixed, and critical feedback are all welcome.

Who can submit
Submit a review if you have worked with Apex Solutions or have a relevant firsthand customer experience. Tell us which business or project the feedback concerns where possible. Do not impersonate another person or submit a review about an experience you did not have.
What becomes public
Approved reviews display the public name, optional business, rating, review text, and date. Email addresses and private project details are not published. Do not include passwords, private contact information, confidential business material, or information about another person that you do not have permission to share.
How moderation works
Submissions are checked before publication for relevance, genuine experience, spam, personal information, and abusive or unlawful content. A review is not rejected simply because it is negative or gives a low rating. We may contact you to clarify your experience. If changes are needed, we ask for a revision rather than changing the meaning of your review.
No fabricated endorsements
Apex does not display invented customer reviews or ratings. Client portfolio entries are examples of work, not customer endorsements. Reviews are not imported from unrelated client businesses. Any material relationship or incentive must be disclosed in the review.
Corrections and removal
Use the website request form to request a correction or removal, including the review reference number if available. We may verify that the request comes from the original submitter before changing a published review.
